Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Indianapolis, IN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,997 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Step Down Duration: 12 months Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 07:00 - 19:30 Experience: 2 years required License: RN License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: 2 years related experience EPIC experience is a plus Description: The role involves working in a surgical progressive care unit. The unit consists of 23 beds. Patient ratios are typically 1:3 to 1:4. This position requires participation in a weekend rotation every 3rd weekend. Holiday rotation is also expected. Candidates may be required to float to other stepdown or progressive care units. The focus will be on caring for cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgery patients. Candidates should have a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care. The dress code requires navy scrubs. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of nursing excellence.
