Job Description Job Description Tax Manager Tax Manager Position Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing tax preparation and review processes, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing guidance on tax strategies to optimize our tax position. Key Responsibilities - Supervise the preparation and review of individual and business tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws. - Develop and implement tax strategies that align with the company's financial goals. - Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and advise the team on implications for the business. - Manage client relationships and respond to inquiries regarding tax matters. - Train and mentor junior staff on tax preparation and review processes. - Coordinate with external auditors during tax audits. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required. - Proven experience in tax preparation and review, with a focus on individual and business tax returns. - Proficiency in CCH tax software and other related tax preparation tools. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
