Job Description Job Description Tax Senior Tax Senior Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Senior to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing various tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while providing exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and review individual and business tax returns for accuracy and compliance. - Conduct tax research and analysis to provide clients with strategic tax planning services. - Assist in the preparation of tax provisions and support audits as necessary. - Mentor and train junior staff on tax preparation and review processes. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and changes in tax laws. Qualifications - CPA Eligible; CPA certification is a plus. - Proven experience in tax preparation and review, particularly with individual and business tax returns. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
