Job Description Company Description We are seeking a dedicated,
detail-oriented, and coachable Medical Assistant / Receptionist to
join our luxury plastic surgery office staff. This is perfect for
someone who is looking for at at least a 1-2 year commitment
related to plastic surgery patient care, assisting with in-office
surgeries (this will be taught), and if the candidate so desires,
to grow with our team and eventually get promoted to more
managerial roles with excellent performance. The ideal candidate
will have experience in a medical setting and/or high-end service
industry willing to transition to a luxe plastic surgery
environment. The candidate will also have proficiency in
patient/customer service, openness to learn new responsibilities,
and proficient with social media to support our surgeon film her
social media content etc. This role involves managing patient
check-in, patient hospitality coordination, filling out intake with
the patient, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate
medical records while maintaining a welcoming, high-end spa-like
yet environment that is tailored to the patient experience.
Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with EHR systems
are beneficial for success in this position. Responsibilities Greet
patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout
their visit. Offering them complimentary refreshments, etc. Manage
patient check-in and intake processes, including collecting
personal information and verifying patient details (ID, payment
methods, consent forms, etc.) Schedule appointments efficiently,
coordinating with the surgeon to optimize patient flow. Maintain
accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with
privacy regulations. Assist with in-office surgeries. The surgeon
will be happy to teach how to assist so long as the candidate is
willing to learn, quick to grasp, and coachable. Become familiar
with terminology related to aesthetic procedures, pre-op, and
post-op patient care and patient FAQs. Handle administrative tasks
such as filing, faxing, and managing correspondence related to
patient care. Requirements Previous experience in a medical
assistant/receptionist role is preferred, particularly in the
dermatology, medspa, or plastic surgery settings. Strong
understanding of medical terminology or willingness to learn.
Familiarity with EHR systems for efficient record management. Prior
experience working in a hospital environment or trauma center
(Level I or II) is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills
& professionalism to effectively interact with patients and
healthcare professionals alike. Basic life support certification is
a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held

Sandy Springs, GA. The individual will assist with patient care,
including pre-surgical and post-surgical support, as well as
assisting the surgeon during surgery. Responsibilities include
preparing examination rooms, sterilizing instruments, recording
medical histories, assisting in in-office surgeries, and
maintaining accurate patient records. The role also involves
utilizing medical terminology and ensuring effective communication
between patients and healthcare providers to deliver high-quality
care in a fast-paced medical environment. Bonus if applicant is
proficient with social media filming and posting on Instagram and
Tiktok. Qualifications Proficiency in Medical Assisting and Medical
Office practices Strong understanding of Medical Terminology and
its applications BONUS if Proficiency with Instagram and Tiktok
social media - basic utilization for filming and posting on a daily
basis on behalf of the practice. Experience with Medical Records
management and documentation Demonstrated excellence in Patient
Care and interaction Strong organizational and time management
skills Certification as a Medical Assistant or Surgical Technician
preferred CPR certification is an advantage Effective communication
skills and adaptability in a clinical setting
