Job Description:The TeamThe Strategy & Program Management (SPM) team is a risk group within Distribution & Global Risk (DGR) organization which is dedicated to providing a stronger cross-firm alignment to ensure a more consistent approach to managing risks, identifying emerging trends and improving our efficiency and effectiveness through best practice sharing - all with the goal of protecting our customers, associates and Fidelity's great brand.We are currently searching for a motivated Risk Manager who will be responsible for providing insight into current and emerging risks that have the potential to impact the organizations SPM supports, Fidelity and its customers, using effective data analysis and risk reporting, and function as a lead for DGR in supporting Fidelity's next generation GRC tool (RSA Archer). You will be accountable for identifying, researching, and remediating issues through data sourcing, analysis, and reporting on the results leveraging a variety of technologies. You will also serve as a project manager in support of Fidelity's RSA Archer implementation, partnering with business unit risk groups to develop requirements that support the needs of DGR that will lead to the decommission of existing platforms in an effort to have a firm-wide application for risk and compliance.The Expertise You HaveStrong problem solving, analytical, and project management skillsAbility to escalate issues as appropriate to senior management along with overall program updatesDemonstrated ability to lead working groups and maintain collaborative, working relationships internally with business partnersThrive in a dynamic organization where priorities shift to respond to business needsAptitude to design, develop and execute actionable monthly reporting for Senior Management and risk stakeholdersCompetent in delegating tasks to the right individualsInquisitive thinker, capable of researching and evaluating risk issues and related trends through the collection and analysis of incidents, e.g., privacy, service recovery, technology, vendor, fraud, financial gain/loss, and business continuity incidentsAbility to develop and present risk mitigation opportunities by highlighting trends and other related events of potential areas which may warrant additional focus for further discoveryExposure to and/or prior use of reporting and analytics techniques, methods, and data visualization tools (example, Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI)Familiarity with risk management disciplines and the practical application of sound risk practicesKnowledge of the financial marketsThe Skills You BringIn-depth knowledge and expertise of the RSA Archer product is a plusProject management experience is a plusStrategic problem-solver who approaches work with an open mind and sense of creativity by challenging current practices and recommending improvements to mitigate risks and drive positive changeCollaborative and possesses the ability to work with stakeholders and internal business partners to drive change, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management processesAble to effectively prioritize day-to-day responsibilities and longer-term projects in a fast-paced environmentCreative problem solving and curiosity fueled by current technology and risk-related trendsCommitment to learn and apply new technological tools, and the ability to recover from failures quickly and having learned something from the experienceAccountability for delivering results in an accurate and timely mannerClear and effective communication, both written and verbalThe Value You DeliverCoordinate efforts to gather requirements, develop user stories, facilitate testing, and monitor progressProvide RSA Archer project updates to key stakeholders about progress developed requirements, key decisions impacting DGR, and notable impacts to timeline of the deliverables for DGRAssist in the education and rollout of each RSA Archer phaseProvide ongoing RSA Archer expertise and supportIdentifying and presenting any findings and/or activities along with solutions which encourage deeper evaluation of DGR risk strategy and overall risk profileInfluences risk strategies and issue resolution through fact discovery and validationPartners with stakeholders and internal business partners to drive change, improve and evolve risk management processes and identifies new opportunities to enhance existing processesPromoting a culture of risk management by building relationships and creating awareness about the risks facing our business partners and the organizationEvolving SPM's risk oversight program by thinking differently and bringing forward constructive solutions, brokering agreement across business lines and functionsCertifications:Company OverviewFidelity Investments is a privately held company with a mission to strengthen the financial well-being of our clients.
