Job Description Job Description Maintenance Technician- 3rd shift 10pm-6:30am Pay: depends on experience Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex industrial equipment, including pumps, motors, conveyor systems, and balers. Conduct scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime. Assist with minor equipment modifications and fabrication projects, which may involve cutting, welding, and using power tools. Perform maintenance on facility infrastructure, including electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC. Strictly follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures. Record maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment issues in a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Collaborate with other technicians, supervisors, and production staff to resolve issues and ensure operational continuity. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bremen, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $37.00/hr.
