customers need it most. The Sr Graphic Designer collaborates with
our in-house creative and strategy teams to deliver a wide range of
work in support of both online and offline projects. The ideal
candidate should be adept at applying creative problem solving and
strategic thinking to hands-on design work from development of
fresh concepts that push the creative boundaries through high
quality execution. The Sr Graphic Designer should be open to
feedback and be able to thrive within a fast-paced environment
while juggling multiple projects at one
time.Responsibilities:Deliver graphic design components for print,
web, and social media that are fresh, relevant, and on time.Develop
and conceptualize visual solutions to meet marketing and creative
needs for the business.Demonstrate a strong attention to detail,
ensuring accuracy of owned projects.Maintain proficiencies with
current technical knowledge and best practices to transform ideas
into output that drive decision-making.Collaborate with Associate
Creative Director, copywriters, and graphic design partners on how
best to achieve their objectives.Proactively manage and meet
deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Help
foster a culture of innovation and creativity.Maintains high level
of knowledge about products, positioning, benefits and features as
well as a detailed understanding of target audiences including
distribution and consumers.Organize information effectively,
conveys data through infographics, charts, graphs, maps, tables,
and text; and has a keen eye for detail.Performs other duties as
assigned. Qualifications:5+ or more years of experience producing
marketing materials (and a portfolio of your work)Knowledge of
pre-press and various printing processes and related proofing
requirementsA deep understand and working knowledge of the Adobe
Creative SuiteAbility to manage multiple high visibility, high
urgency projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience
using tech to collaborate, such as Workfront, SmartSheet, TFS,
Jira, etc.Bachelor's degree in related discipline. Knowledge of
sales and marketing processes, as well as investment products and
