Pool Technician to manage advanced diagnostics, repairs, and
installations. If you have extensive experience in technical pool
work, including plumbing and electrical systems, and are looking

Pool Service and Repair Technician, you will be the expert
responsible for technical service, complex repairs, and
installation workânot just routine cleaning. Your expertise in pool
plumbing and electrical systems will be critical to ensuring
customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities
and Expectations Perform advanced technical repair and installation
work on a variety of residential and commercial swimming pool
equipment. Expertly diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to
pool plumbing and electrical systems, including pumps, filters,
heaters, automation, and lighting. Execute professional
installations and replacements of major pool components. Maintain
clear and accurate digital records of all services performed, parts
used, and diagnostic findings. Provide exceptional customer service
by clearly explaining complex technical issues and repair solutions
to clients. Adhere to all safety guidelines and industry best
practices while performing repairs and installations. Participate
in professional training and development to stay current on new
technology and equipment. Mentor and provide technical guidance to
junior technicians on complex job issues, fostering a teamwork
mindset across the service department. Requirements Required:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pool Service Technician. Proven
expertise in technical repair and installation work; experience
must extend beyond routine pool cleaning. Strong, verifiable
technical skills in pool plumbing and electrical work (pumps,
heaters, filters, wiring, automation, etc.). Excellent diagnostic
and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and
customer service skills. Must possess a positive teamwork mindset
and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and
managers. Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a clean
driving record. What Can We Do for You? Competitive Pay of $24.00 -
$28.00/hr with performance bonus potential. Company Vehicle
provided for field work. $3,000/year Medical Reimbursement via the

compensation for this position is expected to range between $24.00
- $28.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on
the qualifications necessary for the position, including
experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.
