Job Description:

Trainer III is responsible for leading the development, design, and
implementation of comprehensive technical content and training
materials for both internal and external customers. This role
includes delivering on-site and remote client support by providing
expert training programs and advising on technical training
materials. The Trainer III collaborates with product management,
engineers, and program managers to ensure training programs are
effective and aligned with company objectives. The ISR

on time and on (or under) budget deliveries. Responsibilities: Lead
the development, design, and implementation of comprehensive
technical training content and materials. Deliver on-site and
remote technical training sessions to internal and external
customers. Collaborate with product management, engineers, and
program managers to gather content and ensure training accuracy.
Provide expert advice on technical training materials and programs.
Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to
continuously improve training programs. Develop and implement
evaluation criteria to measure the effectiveness of training
programs. Maintain and update training content to ensure it remains
current and relevant. Administer and manage Learning Management
Systems (LMS). Provide guidance to less experienced technical
trainers. Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in a
technical field, Education, Human Resources, or a related field. 4
years of experience in technical training or a related field.
Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the
required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a
minimum of 8 years of related experience is required. Higher level
relevant degree may substitute for experience. Advanced proficiency
with e-learning development tools and Learning Management Systems
(LMS). Experience with supporting/addressing customer training
objectives. Must possess strong verbal and technical written
communication skills. Must be able to coordinate collaboratively
across traditional engineering disciplines. Strong attention to
detail, analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to manage
multiple projects with clear communication. 5 years of demonstrated
in-depth knowledge of aircraft structures and repair techniques
Comprehensive understanding of FAA Part 145 regulations 5 years
hands-on experience in structural maintenance and inspection Strong
instructional and communication skills Commitment to safety and
attention to detail An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is
required Qualifications We Prefer: Experience in the Aerospace and
Defense industry. Certification in technical training or e-learning
(e.g., CPLP, ATD, CTT). Proficiency with Articulate 360, Adobe
Captivate, or similar tools. Essential Functions: Ability to work
on a computer for extended periods. Ability to communicate
effectively via phone, email, and in-person. Ability to maintain
confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Ability to travel
as required. Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment.
