success.Job Description / Responsibilities:Advanced leadership and
communication skills, ease of engaging with and presenting to
senior executives. High level of initiative, self-accountability,
and ability to work autonomouslyLead the implementation of an
enterprise-wide IT risk assessment process to include P IT and all
subsidiaries and reporting up through the AFG ERM team.Collaborate
across internal audit, legal, and EISG (Security) to evaluate an
enterprise-wide process and potential system solution for control
issues, vulnerability scan results, and risk assessment results,
tracking and reporting.Partner with P IT Security Operations group
to identify risk / controls issue owner(s) and report on mitigation
status.Lead the identification of and ensure timely management,
tracking, and reporting on top risks. Including escalation, as
needed, for any risk mitigation plans that are off track. Develop
GRC Portfolio capability for tracking and reporting of risks across
P IT.Make recommendations on pro-active measures to reduce risk.
(Across Security, Audit and Compliance)Demonstrate an understanding
of the control environment and develop appropriate responses to
controls and compliance risks. Ability to influence teams in other
organizations to meet objectives and follow compliance
guidelines.Advanced People ManagementManage the P IT Risk &
Compliance Team. Scope of the work includes vulnerability scanning
and triaging, completion of control self- assessments, security
baselines, and access reviewsHigh level of personal integrity,
ethics, and ability to professionally handle confidential matters
with appropriate judgement and discretionJob
Requirements:Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
experience.Field of Study: Information Technology, Computer
Science, Business or a related discipline.Experience:10 or more
years of related experience, including IT and Information Security,
Compliance, Risk, and People ManagementCISSP, CISM, CISA
certifications, preferredCOBIT, COSA, NIST, ISO27001
frameworksTechnical understanding across multiple security domains
such as application security, network security, identity and access
management, vulnerability management, and endpoint securityBusiness
