Job Description:The RoleA DC Data Conversion Director directs a
team of Data Conversion Consultants as they transition financial
and sophisticated data for defined contributions plans
transitioning to Fidelity or modifying existing configurations.

and associate experienceThe TeamData Conversion resides in the
broader WI Implementation function. The Implementation teams work
with new WI clients to transfer their existing retirement plans on
to Fidelity's platform as well as supporting existing WI clients
with various changes to their plan functionality. Implementation
ensures that all plan settings, participant data, and participant
assets are updated to meet the custom expectations of every client
