Job Description:The RoleThe Senior Manager is responsible for the management of the daily operations related to Personalized Planning and Advice (PP&A) fees and billing. The Senior Manager oversees the timely and accurate execution of the team's core deliverables including plan repricing and execution of controls and monitoring. The Senior Manager also performs data analysis to identify trends and opportunities to make platform and process improvements and reduce operational risk. Your ability to work with complex data sets using multiple software applications, creative problem solving, teamwork and technical skills will help you excel at this position.The Expertise and Skills You BringBachelor's Degree requiredExperience in financial services required. Investment product and/or defined contribution industry experience strongly desired.Experience in managed accounts or other asset allocation products valued. Familiarity with investment products and retirement concepts.Outstanding analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities including synthesizing findings and developing practical and realistic recommendationsStrong communication skills and proven ability to discuss and present ideas to colleagues and business partners to influence decision makingExperience building visualizations to drive strategic business decision making, and empower teams with self-service analyticsExperience with Workplace Investing systems and platforms preferred including FPRS, WPDT, XTRAC, Plan Sponsor Webstation, Focuspoint and Client BillingAbility to identify trends and opportunities allowing the team to make platform improvements and reduce operational riskExperience with developing and/or performing internal controls, or experience working with audit or compliance teamsFlexibility to manage multiple projects and reprioritize in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated, able to take initiative and achieve strong results in an environment where collaboration is required Passionate about the strategic use of data to drive business resultsManaging the quarterly repricing process with multiple WI teams including Finance, Relationship Management, Contracts and Client BillingUnderstanding and representing business requirements both inside and outside of the team; representing the fees and billing point of view throughout multiple products and situationsWorking with Sales, Marketing and participant adoption teams to identify opportunities to enhance pricing, incentives, fees and billing to drive greater adoption and improved scalabilitySupporting Sales and Relationship Management with questions related to pricing and expected fee credits; leveraging expertise to address inquiries related to billing or fee creditingPartnering with Legal, Risk and Compliance to identify and execute process and control improvements that mitigate riskManaging periodic fee validation and monitoring error reports; leading research, analysis and resolution of potential fee or crediting issuesAssisting Client Billing during client onboarding and other client eventsMaintaining product documentation and policies and procedures as enhancements are implementedThe TeamFidelity Investments is the leader in providing workplace advice solutions to plan sponsors and retirement intermediaries.
