Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field required
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Associate Service Account Managers Characteristically Have:

Responsibilities of the Service Account Manager Include:
--- Building and maintaining relationships with key contacts from your assigned client base
--- Leading standing calls with client to report on initiatives and projects
--- Coordinating ongoing communication of solutions and software enhancements to your client base
--- Taking lead on, and bringing to resolution, client escalations related to service and support
--- Identifying high priority issues and responding with a standardized escalation process
--- Leveraging financial KPI data analysis to guide best practice coaching to customers
--- Acting as an escalation point for internal teams and assisting with client-facing communication
--- Creating and maintaining client specific documentation in ServiceNow
--- Responding to high priority client demands by digging into client environment to better understand the issue and utilizing internal resources to understand options for resolution.
--- Travel 25%

Compensation Plan:
--- Full-time position - base salary commensurate with skills/experience plus travel incentive(s)
