Job Summary BM2 Freight Services, Inc. is searching for a Marketing Manager to facilitate all aspects of marketing and communications at our Corporate Office in Covington, KY. Our Marketing Manager will report directly to the President of BM2 and work to maintain a positive brand image with our customers and other stakeholders. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will plan and execute marketing initiatives that support the BM2 mission and vision statements as well as ensure consistent branding across the company. Marketing Manager responsibilities: This role is expected to perform with high levels of quality, output, leadership and continuously seeks to raise the bar while promoting the BM2 standards
Acclimate to BM2 Freight Services, Inc. by thoroughly understanding our history, culture, mission, vision, and core values to achieve the desired identity and tone required to appropriate manage our brand throughout your tenure
Advise executive leadership on the various marketing strategies needed to effectively optimize, manage, and grow the BM2 brand
Manage vendor partner relationships contracts, timelines, and workflow
Develop and/or manage the creation and design of internal and external marketing materials and multimedia for print and digital campaigning for all facets of the organization
Optimize, monitor, benchmark, and analyze the positive exposure of the BM2 brand through local, national, and digital marketing and public relations campaigning
Organize and track campaign rollouts and progress through project management tools
Develop budget and effectively allocate and manage budget dollars for all marketing and communications initiatives
Play an integral role in both strategy and content development for Marketing Automation and Search Engine Optimization efforts
Generates leads and/or penetrates accounts for sales through marketing efforts including email campaigns, marketing automation, Google ads, trade show opportunities, presentations, etc
Create and/or manage the creation of highly engaging content, events, promotional pieces that effectively engages our national workforce to positive interact with our brand
Identify consumer personas and/or use existing consumer personas to create targeted and specific marketing and communication campaigns that engage our various target audiences
Track and identify channel effectiveness quarterly and yearly to optimize future campaign engagement
Develop specific marketing and communication strategies that optimize the engagement for our various social media platforms and make suggestions on other social media platforms to adopt Our ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a field related to marketing and communications required
Proficient with MS Office Suite, Sprouse Social, Google Analytics, and Google Ads
Excellent digital marketing skills including email marketing, SEO, and customer journey mapping
2- 5+ years of relevant marketing and communications experience required
2 years of demonstrated fluency in social media management and targeted content generation
Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects with shifting priorities and competing deadlines
MBA and/ or PMP is preferred, but not required
Experience with Pardot and Salesforce preferred
Experience in freight brokerage marketing and communications is a plus, but not required
Excellent visionary, strategic and leadership skills
