the Global Workforce Optimization (GWO) team, you will interact
with all levels of leadership, using data driven insights, critical
problem solving, and impactful communication to translate insights
into action, influencing strategic business and workforce

- Success at leading and working with cross-functional teams to
create strong business cases to deliver strategic change
- Ability to demonstrate strong problem solving and
troubleshooting skills while exercising mature judgment
- Experience using excellent oral and written communication
skills, including presentation skills, to communicate to and
influence business leadersThe RoleThe GWO Director will partner
closely with business leaders and support functions to build and
evaluate ongoing operational staffing needs and long-range
planning. We provide consulting and analytical insights to drive
strategic decisions, including future projected demand, staffing
strategies, identification and prioritization of improvement
opportunities, business investments and multi-year site strategy.
We also participate on and lead initiatives with broad scope and
impact to provide business leadership with new perspectives and
innovative ways to further optimize the workforce.The Skills You

- Intellectual curiosity and analytic experience that will result
in key insights and solutions for sophisticated business
challenges
- Experience with digital analytical tools and visualization
software to effectively communicate performance and identify key
insights is a plus
- Ability to develop and influence relationships across all
management levels
- Highly organized and able to prioritize your work
independently, managing multiple task assignments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (including
presentations) used to share ideas and influence key business
leaders down to front-line managers
- Strong project management skills will provide structure to
enable successful results
- Comfort with ambiguity and broad challenges, shifting
priorities, and unexpected events
- Understanding of financial/accounting or workforce management

- Work closely with leadership and business partners to deliver
analysis and insights to support the development and ongoing
assessment of operational forecasts, staffing strategies, and
multi-year business plans
- Identify trends and relevant information to help management to
build effective staffing plans, evaluate performance, and clearly

- Create innovative solutions and process improvements in
partnership with managers and associates, contributing to scaling

Workplace Investing business. We do this by developing fact-based,
data-driven insights to inform multi-year business strategies and
the day-to-day execution of business plans. Our methodologies and
