Adecco in Clermont County, Eastgate Ohio is currently assisting a large local company in search of an Onsite Coordinator for Peebles Ohio. Must have Word, Excel, Data Entry and 2-3 years of clerical experience. This is a part time long term position. • Act as the Adecco focal point for training requirements and completion tracking

• Act as the Adecco payroll point of conduct and ensure timely resolution of payroll questions and problems

• Provide Adecco specific new hire orientation, new hire administration and work with client training coordinator and HR to ensure successful on boarding process

• Lead the separation process for Adecco employees ensuring proper forms are provided to and completed by Adecco employees and GE sponsors

• Act as a resource and leader for enforcement of relevant Adecco policies and procedures and work with GE leadership to address any performance problems

• Act as the Adecco representative for all EHS related matters involves working with Client EHS to complete, as necessary, near miss and accident investigations, complete relevant EHS paperwork and work with OSHA on reporting requirements

• Provide resume submittals and interviews with Security and Managers

• Work with On Site Nurse to ensure all FAA Drug Screen qualifications are met
