Job Description Job Description Job Title: Snr Project Manager Job Description We are seeking an experienced Snr Project Manager to join our dynamic Construction Management team. Since 1981, we have been delivering quality construction projects across the country, maintaining long-term relationships with our clients. With a team of 37 dedicated professionals, we handle projects worth $60-65 million annually. Our office environment includes amenities like a fitness center with professional trainers at almost no cost to employees, and a baseball batting cage for all to enjoy. Responsibilities Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate policy guidelines. Initiate and maintain liaison with prime clients and C/E contracts to facilitate construction activities. Monitor and control the construction administrative direction of on-site Superintendents to ensure projects are built on schedule and within budget. Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures. Represent the company in project meetings and assist in labor negotiations and strategy meetings. Manage financial aspects of contracts, including fee payment, rental equipment, income, and expenses, to protect the company's interests while maintaining good relationships with clients. Supervise the work of Project Managers 1 & 2 when assigned. Essential Skills Proficiency in project management and construction management. Extensive experience in commercial construction. 10 years of experience in construction, design, finance, and management. Additional Skills & Qualifications A 4-year degree in engineering or construction management is preferred. Experience in managing commercial and/or industrial projects. Work Environment The work environment includes a state-of-the-art fitness center with access to professional trainers, and a baseball batting cage. These amenities foster a healthy and engaging work culture. The position may require some travel across the country to various project sites. Typical projects include grocery stores, tractor facilities, dining establishments, travel centers, car dealerships, and car washes. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00/yr. Full Medical, Dental, and vision insurance. Ability to contribute to 401k.
