education in the areas of savings, budgeting, and paying down debt.
* Provide support for RBS (Retirement Brokerage Services) Real Time
Traded Stock transactions * Upskill to Electronic Support of HSA
Participants (Chat) The Expertise and Skills You Bring * Bachelor's
degree preferred...All Majors encouraged * FINRA Series 7 and 63
registrations are required for this position - we support you in
obtaining these with a salaried training and development program *
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and the
ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor * Ability
to establish rapport and relationships through effective
communication * Desire for continual learning and dedication to
study and apply new concepts, learning quickly and retaining
information to assist with decision-making * Strong customer
service mentality * High attention to detail and proficiency with
numbers * Comfortable with software including Microsoft Office and
Outlook * Desire to be proactive, demonstrate initiative, and make
business-related process improvements. The Team The Team provides
outstanding customer service to inbound callers, respond to HSA
related inquiries and requests, and educate customers on
plan-specific and IRS rules. Partnering across the organization and
with various vendors to support participant needs, thereby
delivering world-class service and ensuring continuous process
improvements. Services specific customer requests and inquiries,
including account maintenance, debit cards, qualified
distributions, and paying medical expenses. Recognize and act on
opportunities to partner with HSA Planning Associates for
investment recommendations and trading. Answers plan specific
questions regarding employer roles and plan rules with the
customer's HSA. Uses multiple on-line resources effectively while
simultaneously talking with customers. Mitigate risk by adhering to
quality procedures and ensuring compliance with regulatory
requirements. Captures feedback from customers to help us identify
customer experience improvement opportunities. Company Overview At
