Schedule: -Monday - Friday between 7am-6pm / No evenings, weekends,
or holidays!

Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical equipment &
instruments
Room patients, obtain health history and check vital signs
Document patient care using electronic medical record software
Assist providers with minor, in-office procedures -
Schedule appointments, complete prior authorizations, process
medication refills, handle referrals and answer patient calls as
needed

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Active, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Indiana

The hourly range for this role is $19.86 to $38.85 per hour based
on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including
but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience,
certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum
