Job Description HealthTrust Workforce Solution External is seeking a travel nurse RN MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Louisville, Kentucky. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 08/04/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel • Shift: 6:45PM - 7:15AM • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 • Weekend Hours: every other weekend • Call Requirements: None • Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, KY License • Years of Experience: 2 • Float Requirements: All ICU or PCU units Unit Information: • Number of Beds: 24 • Patient Ratios: 2:1; rarely 3:1 for a short period of time • Equipment: SWAN, IMPELLA, IABP, ARTIC SUN (Target Temperature Management), ZOLL IVTM (Target Temperature Management), EKOS, CADD, IV PLUM Pumps, Peritoneal dialysis, Prismax • EMR: Cerner Hiring Profile: • Must Have Skills/Experience: ICU experience & Cardiac ICU, experience with Pulmonary Artery Catheters & Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump • Preferred Skillset/Experience: Additional Cardiac pumps – swan, balloon & CRRT • Type of Patients on Unit: Medical & Cardiac ICU patients
