Job Description:

Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical Profession: RN Medical/Surgical Specialty: RN Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Valid RN license Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - 2 years of Med/Surg/Acute Care/Floor experience. - Preferred 1 year of experience in a level 1 trauma facility. - Preferred experience in cardiac population. Description: This position is for a Medical/Surgical RN. The unit is focused on cardiac monitoring and telemetry for medical/surgical patients on remote monitors. The unit utilizes cardiac technicians. The average nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:40. This role requires working three 12-hour shifts per week. Candidates are expected to work every other weekend.
