$42.85 - $57.00 per hour (based on years of experience) Select

ensure that the nursing care plan is being followed by being a

right. You will manage the hemodialysis needs of assigned patients
including: - Initiating an on-going systematic assessment of
patients. - Providing nursing care to meet the needs of the
hemodialysis patient. - Interpreting assessment data and
information. - Collaborating with providers regarding the dialysis
treatment plan. - Performing hemodialysis as prescribed. - Teaching
and counseling patients/families. Qualifications You will
demonstrate an understanding of patient needs, ensuring that each
patient feels informed and understood, as well as heard. You are

Minimum requirements: - Valid temporary or permanent State
Registered Nurse License. - At least 1 year of Hemodialysis
experience - BLS required. ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
Preferred qualifications that will make you successful: -
Hemodialysis in the acute care setting or acute care experience
