Position Are you a skilled physician with a passion for wound care
and patient healing? This is an exciting chance to step into a
meaningful locum assignment supporting an outpatient wound care
clinic during a crucial coverage period. ? Position Overview Join a
dedicated outpatient team providing advanced wound care for a wide
variety of cases, including: • Acute & surgical wounds • Pressure,
arterial, venous & diabetic ulcers • Traumatic injuries, burns,
non-healing surgical wounds • Radiation injuries, chronic venous
insufficiency, pilonidal cysts, gangrene Your Responsibilities
You’ll be managing and treating complex wounds using advanced
therapies such as: Debridement Bioengineered skin applications
Incision & drainage Negative pressure wound therapy Hyperbaric
oxygen treatment supervision Post-surgical wound management Total
contact casting, Unna boots & more You’ll also educate patients and
caregivers, initiate preventative measures, and ensure consistent,
high-quality wound management. Assignment Details Setting:
Outpatient clinic Patient Volume: 15–30 per day EMR: Epic ?
Requirements Active Ohio medical license BLS required ACLS
preferred (especially for HBO supervision)
