6:30am - 7pm • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 • Weekend Hours:
Saturday rotation every 6 weeks • Call Requirements: At least 40
hours per 6 weeks • Required Certifications: BLS, NIH, KY License •
Years of Experience: 2 • Float Requirements: Stay with OR Unit
Information: • Number of Beds: 31 ORs • Patient Ratios: 1:1 •
Equipment: Mako Robot, DaVinci SP & XI Robots, O-Arm, Rosa Robot •
