Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with at least 2
years of general nuclear medicine and therapy experience for a
rotating day shift assignment. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Day
shifts Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM - Call may be
required, with weekday and weekend call shifts assigned - Work
involves both General Nuclear Medicine (routine studies such as
bone, gastric, hepatobiliary, and renal scans) and PET/CT rotation
- Uses Siemens cameras including Symbias, Intevo SPECT/CT, and
Biograph MCT Flow PET/CT - Adult patient population typical for
nuclear medicine procedures - Floating required within the hospital
or to nearby affiliated hospitals - Candidates must disclose any
previous employment at the facility for rehire eligibility review -
Locals living within a 75-mile radius are not eligible - Return
staff may be considered if gone for at least 6 months - Call
response time is 1 hour for PACU - Required modules are completed
during orientation and annually - Time off requests must be
included at time of submission; requests after offer will not be
approved /n /n Requirements/n - Minimum of 2 years specialty
experience in nuclear medicine required - Current BLS certification
required - Compact or Kentucky state license required at time of
consideration (license required if applicable) - Experience with
Siemens nuclear medicine and PET/CT equipment preferred -
References from two supervisors within the last three years
required - No prior licensure issues accepted - Level 1 trauma
