Proficient in EKG interpretation and dysrhythmia ID. Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required). Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills. Experience with EMR and telemetry equipment. Responsibilities: Patient Monitoring: Monitor cardiac rhythms and identify arrhythmias. Perform ongoing patient assessments and vital checks. Interventions: Administer medications, IV drips, and treatments. Document all assessments and interventions in EMR. Communication & Safety: Promptly communicate all patient changes to providers. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
