A chance to make a powerful difference — every single day What You’ll Do as a Physical Therapist As a valued part of our Muncie-based care team, you will: - Champion Elara Caring’s mission, vision, and care philosophy - Deliver direct, hands-on patient care and evaluate functional needs - Create and implement individualized care plans that drive real outcomes - Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other specialists - Maintain high standards of therapy practice and documentation - Provide leadership, education, and community-facing physical therapy support - Work in an active, high?engagement environment - Lift, support, and transfer patients as needed (up to 50–100 lbs) - Travel within your coverage area (approximately 50%) What You Need to Succeed ? Graduate of an APTA?approved Physical Therapy program ? Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license (state of Indiana) ? Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting ? Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance ? Willingness to travel within the regional Muncie coverage area ?
