Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities CHI Saint
Joseph is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Critical
Care/Intensivist physician to join our well-established team in
Lexington, KY. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a

Critical Care Unit consists of a 5-bed ICU. Offer Includes: -
Competitive salary guarantee for up to 3 years and a lucrative
production model after guarantee period. - Additional quality-based
bonus - Up to $200,000 in recruiting incentives including sign-on
bonus, student loan assistance, residency bonus, and relocation
assistance - 1 week CME, $4,000 - 33 days PTO plus 6 paid holidays
per year - Paid malpractice insurance/tail coverage - Eligible for
student loan forgiveness through federal and state forgiveness
programs - Health benefits include medical, dental, vision, health
spending accounts, short-term disability, MyWellness benefits, and
mental health resources. - Retirement options (both standard and
ROTH options) through Fidelity with up to 3% match PLUS an
additional annual company contribution of 3% of your salary to your

system integrated throughout all hospital and practice locations
Job Requirements Education: - Successful completion of an
accredited Residency Program in U.S. or Canada - Successful
completion of an accredited Critical Care Fellowship
License/Certification: - Kentucky License/Eligible - DEA - Board
certification or active participation in the examination process
