We're hiring experienced RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit for a 13-week
contract in Washington Court House, Ohio — earn up to ($2001 -
$2107 per week) while providing essential care at a leading

Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit. Monitor
and assess patient conditions regularly. Collaborate with
healthcare team to develop patient care plans. Participate in
continuous professional development and training. Achieve and
exceed departmental performance targets. Educate patients and
families on health management and recovery. Document patient
progress and treatment outcomes accurately. Maintain high
visibility of work activities and results. Adhere to safety and
infection control protocols. Engage in performance evaluations and
feedback sessions. Utilize technology and tools to enhance patient
care efficiency. Support a positive team environment and culture.
Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in Ohio with
experience in progressive care nursing. Ability to monitor and
assess critical patient conditions effectively. Commitment to
continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Strong collaboration skills with healthcare teams for patient care
planning. Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in
healthcare settings. Desire to work in a results-driven environment
with measurable targets. Experience in documenting patient progress
and treatment outcomes accurately. Ability to engage in performance
