Responsibilities include: Creates an individualized, evidence-based plan of care Performs procedures appropriate type of services provided at the standard of care Orders and prescribes appropriate medications Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans Maintains patient confidentiality Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records Requirements Required PA or NP licensure in the state of Ohio Ability to work well independently evaluating and managing patients Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
