a detail-oriented and dedicated Production Pharmacist to join our
growing team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy
and efficiency of medication dispensing, providing essential
medication counseling to patients, and collaborating with
healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities
Dispense medications accurately and efficiently according to
prescription orders. Provide medication counseling and education to
patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and
interactions. Review and interpret physician orders to ensure
accuracy and appropriateness of therapy. Monitor drug therapy
regimens for contraindications, interactions, and therapeutic
duplications. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize
patient outcomes and promote medication adherence. Maintain
accurate patient records, including medication histories,
allergies, and interventions. Comply with all federal, state, and
local pharmacy laws and regulations. Ensure proper storage and
handling of medications, including monitoring for expired or
damaged products. Participate in pharmacy quality assurance
programs and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Assist
with inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and
managing pharmaceutical supplies. Provide excellent customer
service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and
promoting pharmacy services. Stay current with developments in
pharmacy practice and participate in ongoing professional
development activities. Perform other job-related duties as
assigned. Essential Skills Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from
an accredited pharmacy program. Active, unrestricted Indiana
Pharmacist license with the ability and willingness to obtain and
maintain pharmacist licensure in additional states. Minimum of 1-3
years of experience in a retail or mail order pharmacy setting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service
skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a
fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in
medication dispensing and record-keeping. Proficiency in pharmacy
management software and technology. Additional Skills &
Qualifications Multi-State Coverage: Additional state licenses may
be required based on business needs, client requirements, and
regulatory obligations; the company provides support and/or
reimbursement for required licensure in accordance with policy.
Work Environment This position is based in a closed-door mail order
pharmacy, operating Monday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
Initial training will occur during day shifts until the 2nd shift

position based out of Indianapolis, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay
range for this position is $65.00 - $67.00/hr. Eligibility
requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to
