full-time, day-shift Skill Builder I to join our on our children's
program, located in Madison County, Indiana . About the Role: As a
Skill Builder I, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients and
families develop essential life skills that support developmental
milestones and reduce psychosocial barriers. You’ll work closely
with therapists and medical staff to coordinate care and implement
individualized treatment plans. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate
with therapists to develop, implement, and revise treatment plans.
Deliver individual and group skills training for adults and
children, focusing on: Self-care and daily life management
Interpersonal communication and parenting Illness and anger
management Positive coping and problem-solving skills Provide case
management services aligned with treatment goals. Support
integrated care by coordinating with medical providers and
identifying health-related needs. Complete CANS/ANSA reassessments
and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Serve as a liaison
between patients and external agencies or institutions. Participate
in ongoing professional development and training. What We’re
Looking For: We’re seeking compassionate, motivated individuals who
are passionate about whole-person care and thrive in a
collaborative, team-based environment. Experience in behavioral
health or social services is a plus. High school diploma or its
equivalent with 2 years paid behavioral healthcare experience or
equivalent college coursework toward a human services or health
related degree required at minimum Associate or Bachelor's degree
preferred A valid driver's license with a driving record meeting
Meridian's driving policy, reliable transportation, and proof of
auto insurance A commitment to providing individual attention to
