Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CVOR Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 04/13/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, on call - Employment Type: Travel CVOR Scrub Tech @ Louisville KY Hospital - Operating Room 12hr Day Shift-36 Unit Information: o Beds: Surgical volumes fluctuate o Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years of dedicated CVOR o Will you accept a first-time traveler? No Patient Types/Diagnoses: Adult only. CVOR: CABG, AAA, valve replacements, TAVRs, Heart and Lung transplants Required National Certification, Certs: Scrub: BLS, CST Skills required: Scrub: proficient in the above cases Technology/Equipment: o Unit specific equipment: Bovie, tourniquet, harmonic, OR bed, stretcher o Robotics – Davinci D5 (robotic experience preferred, not required) Floating: Vascular OR possibly to relieve for lunch (if comfortable) Scheduling: o Weekend rotation: Based on unit needs o Call required, number of hours to be determined based on schedule. 40-minute response time o Holiday: Based on unit needs o Schedule cycle: Made in 6-week increments Other notes: o Scrub Color: Ceil Blue o Parking: Free, badge access parking lot CVOR Scrub Tech @ Louisville KY Hospital - Operating Room - 12hr Day Shift-36/n04/13/26 start date/n/n2 years of dedicated CVOR experience.
