Registered Nurse – After Hours (Hospice) Queen City Hospice –

difference. Schedule Two-week rotating schedule: Weekdays: 5p–3a
Weekends: 8a–8p Rotation: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday,

programs What You’ll Do Serve as the primary triage nurse for
after-hours patient and family calls, assessing needs and
coordinating appropriate care Evaluate physical, emotional, social,
and spiritual factors impacting patient and family well-being and
involve the interdisciplinary team as needed Communicate
proactively with attending physicians, team members, and partner
agencies to ensure seamless, high-quality care Perform clinical
pronouncements of death and provide compassionate support to
families Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation including
care plans, progress notes, and updates Qualifications Graduate of
an accredited Registered Nursing program Current RN license in the
state of Ohio Minimum two years of professional nursing experience
Strong clinical judgment and nursing skills Ability to support
families through emotional stress and diverse lifestyles Current
CPR certification Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance If
