Job Description:

GENERAL FUNCTION:Responsible for all talent acquisition functions, specifically geared toward screening and managing job postings. Will also partner with University Relations team and Human Capital Operations partners to move candidates through the recruitment process for Exempt and Non-Exempt early career openings within Fifth Third. May also be involved in some Talent Acquisition/University Recruitment project work and initiatives.Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience.While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:---Provide support to University Relationship Manager on various scheduling and material needs---Schedules a high volume of phone and virtual interviews across various early career programs and lines of business---Manage job descriptions and posting positions to external career sites and job boards---Work closely with the University Relations team to provide administrative and project support---Manages multiple tasks and tight deadlines, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced environment---Correspond with the candidate as a point of contact for scheduling questions or concerns---Support candidate interview tracking & manage UR data entry---Manage the Campus Relations MailboxMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:---Bachelor's degree required (HR or business-related concentration preferred)---Minimum of one to three years of relevant recruitment in campus recruitment of financials services preferred---Must be able to coordinate multiple tasks and requests in a fast paced, virtual environment---Strong organizational and time management skills---Excellent attention to detail is essential---Ability to interact well and communicate effectively amongst all organizational levels---Ability to work independently and be collaborative---Integrity: maintains confidentiality at all times---Verbal and written communications skills are essentialEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records
