Job Description Job Description We are looking for Employment Specialist-Recruiters to join our team at our West Indianapolis office. A successful Employment Specialist/Recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and assist with hiring needs. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline; and building relationship with clients who use Express for staffing. Express is a leader in the staffing industry nationwide. Express is a 40-year old company with over $4 billion in sales and over 850 locations. Our Indianapolis office is one of the top offices in the entire company with over $20 million in sales. We have been leading the staffing industry in Indy since 1995 Salary/Compensation: · $45-48,000 salary plus commission. · Excellent Benefit package: Medical, Dental, PTO, 401K and Profit Sharing Responsibilities · Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. · Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. · Source and recruit candidates by using recruiting databases, ATS, social media etc. · Screen candidates resumes and job applications · Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule · Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes · Onboard new employees · Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. · Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. · Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. · Build influential relationships with hiring managers and manage key accounts. Qualifications · Passionate about building and maintaining relationships. · Proven history of meeting deadlines and reaching clearly set goals. · Expert multitasker · Problem solver Ideal candidate has sales, inside sales and/or recruiting experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making skills Demonstrated track record of setting and achieving ambitious goals in previous roles. Proven ability to thrive in a results-driven environment, consistently exceeding performance targets. Strong self-motivation and initiative, with a relentless drive to succeed.
