Meijer, a leading Midwest supercenter chain since 1934, with over 240 stores across six states, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage daily operations in our dynamic warehouse environment. This role requires a detailed-oriented leader who thrives in managing both people and processes. The ideal candidate will oversee activities including inventory control, logistics, distribution, and workflow optimization to enhance efficiency and meet operational targets. Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with all safety and administrative policies Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stocktakes, and audits Direct and train warehouse personnel to ensure an effective and efficient workforce Liaise with other department supervisors to streamline operations and facilitate smooth workflow Implement continuous improvement programs to optimize operational efficiency Prepare and review reports on warehouse operations metrics Manage budget and resources of the warehouse operations department Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficient in supply chain management software and related systems Effective communication and interpersonal skills Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
