Job Description Job Description COMPANY DRIVER AND OWNER OPERATOR OPENINGS Vista Express Inc, a locally owned logistics company, is seeking a CDL Class A driver for local and regional dry van and flatbed freight lanes. Home every night. Owner Ops interested are home 2-3 nights per week and every weekend. We operate within a 300-mile radius of Cincinnati, OH. Our fleet and business grew 50% in 2025, we are hiring drivers to meet the needs of the growing business! 90% direct customer freight, 60% drop and hook. DRY VAN AND FLATBED LOADS We have an immediate opening for a company driver, home every night and every weekend. Flatbed is 99% no tarp, no coils. We also have an opening for an owner operator. Home 2-3 times per week, home every weekend. Company Driver Pay: $1000-1800 per week based on experience and performance Owner Operator Pay: $2000-4500 per week take home after fuel Job Requirements: Performs all required safety checks (pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspects tractor and trailer to insure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed. Reports all safety issues and/or repairs required. Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies. Immediately reports all safety hazards. Inspects trailer for properly loaded and secured freight. Pick up and deliver freight of all kinds in a safe, on-time manner. Complete daily record of hours of service in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements. Be able to lift, push, pull up to 70 pounds with no assistance Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Valid CDL-Class A Must be 21 years of age Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen 2 years commercial driving experience REQUIRED No DUIs or Failed Drug screens in the past 3 years Manual shift endorsement (open position is a 10-speed manual shift) Flatbed experience a PLUS Bulk Tanker Experience a PLUS Benefits: Vacation/PTO after 90 days Paid Holidays Home every weekend Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Employee assistance program Fuel card Fuel discount Paid sick time Paid time off
