Job Description:The RoleThe Senior Client Service Administrator (Sr. CSA) operates in a service team environment and is responsible for the day-to-day plan administration and troubleshooting for DC qualified and non-qualified plans. The CSA works with the client contact responsible for day-to-day plan administration and is responsible to serve as a liaison between our clients and our Operational teams through a balance of recorded inbound and outbound phone calls and a variety of written correspondence channels.Education on operational related processes and influence clients on best practices.Drive technology utilization for transaction processing (i.e. PSW set-up, access changes and support).Internal point of escalation for operational issues.Error management and interaction with the client for resolution.Responsible for client monitoring & quality of data (including, participant contributions, match, profit sharing, enrollment, vesting, and eligibility data).Provide guidance for transactions to ensure the plan is meeting compliance.The Expertise and Skills You Bring Demonstrated key skills capabilities in a client facing role.Strong performer with shifting priorities and multi-tasking capabilities.College Degree preferred and 1 to 3 years of work related experience within a client facing position.Working knowledge of 401(k) and defined contribution plans, products and applicationsWorking knowledge of Fidelity systems (FPRS, BWS, PSW and Xtrac); Operations KnowledgeStrong customer service skills, client communication/interface and satisfaction abilitiesAbility to work in a team environment and be an effective team playerAbility to analyze and propose solutions to a problem as well as completing all tasks required in its resolutionAbility to balance multiple priorities, to set priorities, meets goals and deadlines, and manages one's workload.Risk-management skills- client and plan level.The TeamThe Client Service Administration team provides education and support to ease the day-to-day administration for the client. The Client Service Administrators will work closely with the transaction processing groups responsible for Contributions, Loans, Withdrawals, CR&R, SMPG, Data Management, 5500, Testing and Reporting and Statements. The CSAs also work with clients in resolving issues with Automatic Services that carry financial risk such as Eligibility Tracking, Automatic Enrollment, Annual Increase Program and Suspension Tracking. The CSA acts as the escalation point for participant and plan-level operational issues.
