Position Summary: The Waddington North America business segment
with annual revenues of ~$65 million is a market leader in rigid
plastic packaging products with commercial and manufacturing
operations in the U.S. and Canada. The FP&A Manager plays a key
financial reporting, analysis and advisory role in the Waddington
Injection Molding business segment in support of business unit
manufacturing and sales teams.
Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:
- This position serves as the key financial support for the
Waddington sales organization. This position is a key finance
leader role for the Waddinton business team and will have extensive
visibility and interaction with senior levels of the Novolex
Finance and Sales leadership teams.

enable the sales, product management, and pricing teams to
understand sales performance, sales trends and forward-looking
sales projections; critical to the success of the potential
candidate is her / his ability to not simply report but to analyze
and interpret sales analytics and make recommendations to

databases and analytical reports and tools to consolidate, report,
and analyze sales and sales margin performance in a manner that
enables sales and product management to easily understand
performance and trends and to facilitate recommendations to improve

stakeholders - Sales Management, Finance Management as well as
Commercial resources - and will be supported by Information

- Four-year bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, MBA or
CPA is preferred but not required.
- 7 - 10 years of experience in business analysis, financial
planning and reporting.
- Exceptional proficiency in building financial models and
knowledge of excel and must have a strong understand of standard
- Must have previous experience in an industrial manufacturing
environment, with packaging or chemicals/materials industry
experience highly desirable.
- Must have previous management experience building and leading a
high functioning, professional finance team.
- Previous experience working with integrated ERP systems and
highly proficient in information technology financial applications,
strong preference for Microsoft AX, SAP and Hyperion
