We offer career opportunities where you can contribute and grow.Start your journey with usOur Learning and Development department is currently seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer. -The Learning Experience Designer works with learning consultants, business groups and Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to produce dynamic learning solutions. This role will assist in conducting learning analysis, apply adult learning methodologies and theory to work product, and designs evaluation methods for the learning solution. Be ready to:

  • Conductingneeds analysis to assess requirements and specificationsof targeted audience to improve performance, including meetings with subject matter experts and research to validate content needs and determine which medium or combination is required to provide an effective and efficient learning solution.
  • Creating clear, measurable and behavioral focused learning objectives for learning projects
  • Designing learning activities and assessments that are congruent with the need of the learner
  • Assisting in the selection of training methodology, considers the inherent characteristics of each medium and the intended impact of these characteristics on the effectiveness of the solution
  • Collaboratingwiththe learning professional team to develop training content for instructor lead, virtual based and online platforms according to industry standard and best practices
  • Creatinglearning environments,experiences, scripts, storyboards, training plans and facilitator guides
  • Assisting in the development and design of leadership and managerial curriculums
  • Conducts brainstorming sessions with development team to enhance creativityand engagementof learning solutions
  • Partnering with fellow Learning Experience Designers to develop and create evaluation tools and assessments for level I, III and IV of Kirkpatrick's model
  • Assessing current eLearning, videos, classroom events and virtual training to harmonize and lead the redesign to improve quality and effectiveness
  • Staying current on emerging learning trends, including innovative best practices, capabilities and methodologies in the design and development of solution offerings. Research emerging learning approaches and practices and provide recommendations for their use.

    Qualification:

    Be equipped with:
  • Bachelor's degree required in I/O, masters preferred
  • Experience in learning experience or instructional design of 5+ years in a corporate environment
  • Experience building and managing blended learning programs, virtual, hybrid or in-person instructor led training
  • Knowledge in all facets of virtual training including advanced adult learning principles of virtual instructional design and development, virtual technology and tools, and synchronous/asynchronous learning strategies.
