Job Description: Are you a rule follower and an innovator As a Compliance Advisor in Workplace Investing & Healthcare Compliance, you can be part of a team of compliance professionals that does both We are helping to invent the future of Fidelity by supporting retirement and healthcare initiatives and providing innovative ways for employers to successfully manage employee retirement, benefits and insurance offerings, including Medicare Services. You will be helping to ensure that the innovative solutions that our business partners build for clients adhere to applicable key rules, regulations, and policies.The TeamWe handle compliance readiness activities related to new regulatory rules and requirements, and provides support for the wide array of products and services offered to workplace clients and customers including: Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Recordkeeping Services, Health & Welfare Benefit Administration Services, Health Savings Accounts, Medicare Services, Stock Plan Services (US & Global).Our team engages with the business across client-facing, participant-facing, operations, and agile product functions, just to name a few. We also work closely with Legal and Risk partners to help our business partners achieve their strategic objectives in a compliant manner, to protect our customers and Fidelity.The Expertise You Have

  • Bachelor s degree, or equivalent
  • Experience in areas of operations, project management, analysis, and/or quality control
    • Experience in retirement, insurance, risk management, and/or compliance preferred
    • Role may be offered at Grade 4 or Grade 5, based on experience/level of expertiseThe Skills You Bring
      • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, including ability to collaborate across the organization, with peers and senior level management, to deliver results
      • Excellent verbal and written communications skills - ability to present ideas and complex information clearly and effectively through multiple channels
      • A proven track record to identify, analyze and resolve problems independently, and call out matters when appropriate
      • Ability to respond to shifting priorities while maintaining progress of regularly scheduled work
      • Ability to plan and execute projects timely by delivering on the objectives and managing the expectations of key stakeholders
      • Microsoft Office suite of applications, including SharePoint, are some of the many tools in your toolboxThe Value You Deliver
        • Coordinating written responses to regulator and court inquiries
        • Conducting monitoring, audits, and analysis to detect compliance concerns
        • Providing decision support to resolve compliance issues that arise in the business
        • Developing improved reporting, driving visibility, and measurement of compliance program health
        • Providing compliance guidance for products and services from business requirements development, review and approval of internal and external collateral, to roll-out and measurement of key governance activities
        • Supporting the monitoring, review and dissemination of requirements of new/modified laws, regulations and other applicable guidance
