This individual will be working for an MSP (Managed Service Provider) and will be customer facing. The client base consists of businesses that have anywhere from 10-400 end users. This individual will be responsible for the administration, operation, and maintenance of customers' networks. They will need to troubleshoot hardware and software issues. They needs STRONG communication skills and must be personable/have a personality This is more important than the technical skills Looking for 3-5 years of broad technical knowledge of servers, server operating systems, network design and implementation, PC and software support and general network administration functions. This person must live in the Greater Cincinnati Area
