As we blaze ahead, we're on the hunt for passionate individuals to join our expanding team in operations, logistics, maintenance, and management.Requirements:-Must be at least 25 years of age.- High school diploma or equivalent.- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.- Current DOT physical certification.- Experience: Four year(s) of relevant work experience.- Experience Required: Fleet diesel maintenance experience including hydraulics, electrical, suspension, diagnostics, brakes, and PMs- Experience: Two year(s) of welding experience preferred- Experience: One year trailer mechanic experience required- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues.- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:- Technical certification or associate degree in diesel technology or a related field.- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and QV-21Pay is based on experience, certifications, tools, and skills test$5,000 Sign-on Bonus-Monday - Friday with some Saturdays and overtimeJob Summary:Under general supervision, you will perform preventive maintenance services and inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles and equipment.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.- Performs service calls for emergency breakdowns- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on road equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of trucks, trailers, and other equipment.-Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards and performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.- Perform basic or minor repairs and inspections on brakes, tires, wiring etc.- Perform basic and routine preventative maintenance on trailers.- Repair/Replace body parts such as floors, rails, landing gear, and bogies.- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication of moving parts.- Repair and replace damaged or faulty components, such as brakes, suspension systems, engines, transmissions, and cooling systems.- Utilizes vehicle computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes to initiate or assign repairs.- Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used.- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while working on road equipment.- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and requirements.- Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively to coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules.- Stay updated with industry advancements and attend training sessions as required.What Sets Us Apart:Thrive with Endurance!
