Compliance Manager - Marketing

Job Description:

This position will manage a team of marketing compliance professionals responsible for compliance oversight of the banks marketing and advertising activity. The specific accountabilities include but are not limited to the following:

· Manages the day to day review and approval process for the marketing and advertising activity of the bank.
· Ensure compliance by maintaining expert, up-to-date knowledge of deposit and lending related advertising knowledge specific to regulatory changes and amended laws in all aspects of consumer and business products and services, including but not limited to advertising in all media channels, print, mobile and online.
· Interpret federal regulatory compliance laws and regulations and analyze their impact on existing policy and business practices.
· Proactively partner with the business lines, Marketing and Digital Channels teams in implementing new regulatory requirements and/or changes to existing processes.
· Take a leadership role in driving consistent guidance and timely communication to the marketing team and business partners.
· Direct and track the implementation of operational changes in order to maintain compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and standard practices with regard to consumer and business products and services.
· Develop and maintain policies and procedures to foster a culture of compliance.
· Provide compliance input and support related to marketing for all new consumer and business related products.
