    • Self-motivator with strong time management skillsAbout the JobAs an Associate Analyst on our Revenue Cycle Performance team, you will be ensuring the success of our national client base of cancer treatment centers that utilize our customized software solutions. We are seeking personable, responsive, motivated team members to join both our technical and non-technical, expanding, close-knit team of professionals!The Revenue Cycle Performance team receives customer inquiries and responds to questions and issues arising from their use of our software. This position is responsible for troubleshooting and documenting customer challenges and ensuring a timely resolution to customer requests for assistance.Duties and Responsibilities
      • Responding to client inquiries via ServiceNow case management portal, telephone, and e-mail
      • Troubleshooting client-specific problems related to software solutions and workflow
      • Assisting clients with understanding product functionality
      • Conducting remote and onsite product and process training
      • Coordinating ongoing communication of solutions and software enhancements
      • Facilitating service and product delivery satisfaction through cross-functional team collaboration
      • Route client requests to the appropriate internal teams
      • Identifying high priority issues and responding with a standardized escalation process
      • Building proficiency on Unlimited Systems software products and service offerings
      • Leveraging Unlimited Systems tools, processes, and standards
