Start your journey with us The Cincinnati Insurance Companies' Customer Care Center is currently seeking a part-time account technician to assist the account manager and assistant account manager by servicing policyholders of the Cincinnati Customer Care Center on behalf of our independent agents. Be ready to

  • process requests received from policyholders
  • use technology to complete tasks and policy renewals
  • maintain an assigned territory size and volume
  • maintain overall quality and efficiency of work performed within the team
  • process Renewals, Endorsements and/or Certificates of Insurance:
    • receive, analyze and issue requests via assigned task, mail, phone, fax or e-mail
    • create Master Certificates when necessary based on lines of business written
    • follow up on requests and initiate renewal activity when certificates are required
    • meet high demand of requests within stated service standards while maintaining accuracy In search of those who can work: Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 4 - 8 PM; Saturday: 8 - 11 or 11 - 2 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 4-8 PM; Sat: 8-11 or 11-2 Qualification: Be equipped with:
      • knowledge of all operating systems, including but limited to, EPIC, e-CLAS, iView, CinciBill and various reference materials
      • the ability to clearly communicate using both oral and written communications with policyholders and certificate holders
      • knowledge of coverage, rating, company products and Commercial Lines responsibilities
      • the ability and willingness to collaborate with others, which includes being flexible and open to change
      • analytical and decision-making skills, including strong attention to detail and accuracy
      • the ability to work independently under time constraints while recognizing when to ask for assistance You've earned:
        • high school diploma required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
        • the ability to pass the Property & Casualty Licensing exam
