  • Own your truck and trailer in good condition
    
  • Reasonably clean driving record
    
  • No DUI, DWI, or moving violations involving drugs or alcohol in the last 5 years
    
  • Stable work history
    
  • Valid CDL-A and Medical Card
    
  • The driver should not be prohibited on Clearinghouse
