Position Title: Refrigeration Lead 2nd Shift - Full Time- Cincinnati plant

This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in coordination of the daily responsibilities of the department by ensuring the Supervisor's instructions are communicated to the team members and carried out timely and correctly. This position is also responsible for the operation and maintenance of the refrigeration systems while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
General Job Description: Perform skilled work in the operation, predictive and preventative maintenance, and repair of the facility's real property, power industrial trucks, and plant facility systems. Operate and maintain the ammonia refrigeration system.
Tasks:
--- ble to perform electrical and mechanical preventative and predictive maintenance as tasked.
--- ble to complete daily log sheets, communicate effectively, and be proactive in recognizing and reporting unsafe conditions and other mechanical concerns. Be proactive in the daily plant operations to ensure maximum plant efficiencies and product quality and capacity.
--- ssist in maintaining a relevant and accurate mechanical inventory.
--- Must support the company personnel and food safety programs, policies and procedures, and contract employee programs.
--- Follows all company personnel safety, food safety, attendance, GMP policies. Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to include lubrication power train & bearing maintenance, motor and gearbox replacement, fork truck & pallet jack maintenance.

Requirements:
--- Must have a minimum of (2) refrigeration experience in the work history section of the application or a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program.(can be a combination of employers as long as experience is at least 2 years)
--- Must have Refrigeration experience, certifications preferred. Industrial maintenance experience preferred.
--- Must have boiler, ammonia and HVAC experience.
--- Must be able to lift or move up to 100 lbs.
--- Required basic electrical troubleshooting experience including troubleshooting electrical circuits.
--- bility to work in a cold, wet, and humid environment.
--- bility to work overtime and weekends.
--- Be able to furnish own tools.
Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 90 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.

What are the 3-4 non-negotiable requirements of this position?
