About the team
You will be part of the newly formed Worldpay Infrastructure
FP&A team that is responsible for managing all the Technology
investment and spend, supporting the wider business.
As a result of Worldpay's separation from FIS, there is lots of
build and operate activity to be involved with. This team will be
supporting the Technological unwinding from FIS, as well as being
pivotal in the streamlining of the future business.
You will join a modern, international, and flexible work

What you will be doing
In this role you will be part of the Worldpay FP&A group,
specifically focused on the Technology investment and control
needed to run a large international payments business.
Acting as a trusted partner, you will be part of the inside team
leading on driving performance whilst maintaining control of the
financial impacts.
Track and forecast OPEX/CAPEX spend for the Technology function
monthly.
Meet with organizational unit/department managers to discuss and
establish timelines and methodologies for completing budgets.
Performance of technical analysis to determine present and future
financial performance, annual risk and opportunities and alignment
to financial targets.
Preparation and administration of the budget/forecast for a
division or similar group of functions.
Create recommendations for financial planning and control and
creation of relevant fiscal information to provide to the executive
management team.
Monitor division/department adherence to approved budgets.
Preparation of budget versus actual reports monthly.
Perform economic research and studies in areas of capital spend,
depreciation, working capital requirements, etc.
Prepare reports for management summarizing results of research,
analysis and evaluation of any discrepancies.
Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you bring:
A positive, engaging, and can-do attitude.
Bachelor's degree is required, Finance or Accounting highly
preferred.
Ability to dive into the detail, understand the issue and take
initiative to solve.
Excellent communication skills
Strong ability to develop, interpret and implement financial
concepts for financial planning and control.
Added bonus if you have:
Previous experience in payments/fintech is preferred but not
essential.
